B.K. MOMODU
Mr. Momodu obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B (Hons)) from the University of Lagos in 1979 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in July 1980. Thereafter, he joined the service of the University of Lagos as an Administrative Officer. He rose to the position of Deputy Registrar before he retired from public service.
He acquired considerable administrative experience in public service and is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM).
He obtained a Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M) from the University of Lagos in 2004. His areas of practice include, Commercial Litigation; Corporate Governance; and Industrial Matters.

IBILOLA JEGEDE
Ms. Jegede is the Managing Partner. Ms. Jegede graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Law (LL.B (Hons)) from the University of Buckingham in March 1997 and obtained a Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M) from the University of Cambridge in June 1998. She was admitted into the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in October 1996; called to the Bar of England and Wales in July 1999 and admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in June 2005. She obtained First Class Honours in the Bar Vocational Course at the Nigerian Law School and was called to the Nigerian Bar in February 2012.
She worked as an Intern at the United Nations Compensation Commission in Geneva between July and October 1998. At the conclusion of her internship she co-wrote an article, “The Triumph of Expediency: Decisions by the UN Compensation Commission on Dates for the Accrual of Interest” by Ibilola Jegede and Kanaga Dharmananda – April 2000, Journal of International Arbitration, Volume 17, Issue Number 2.
She also worked in private practice in England for several years where she gained substantive experience in the areas of Commercial and Residential Property Law; as well as some experience in General Litigation and Corporate Finance. On her return to Nigeria, she worked for a telecommunications company where she gained invaluable experience in compliance and regulatory affairs.
Her areas of interest are Alternative Dispute Resolution; Compliance and Regulatory Affairs; and Corporate/Commercial law.
OLUWATOSIN ISHOLA-COKER
Mr. Ishola-Coker obtained a Second Class Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B (Hons)) from the University of Lagos in 2010. He satisfactorily completed the Bar Vocational Course at the Nigerian Law School in 2011 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012.
He recently completed a post-graduate degree course at the University of Lagos and expects to be conferred with a Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M) by the University shortly.
He has been in active legal practice since he was called to the Bar and as a result has acquired a wealth of experience in many areas of law.
His areas of practice include, Corporate and Commercial Law; Labour Law; Administration of Estates, Intellectual Property Law; and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
LUGARD AGBOMOAGAN
Mr. Agbomoagan obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B (Hons)) from Ekiti State University in 2012 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2014. He has been actively involved in legal practice since his Call to Bar and has gained diverse experience in different areas of law. His primary areas of interest are Criminal Law; Corporate/Commercial Law and Company Secretarial matters.
